Check what item is to be served to customer on the voucher details page.
Click on Redeem Voucher tab to input the voucher ID manually. You can also scan the QR code on Customer Booking by clicking on the camera icon on the app.
The voucher might have been expired/ already used by the customer, please ask the customer to buy a new voucher to avail the deal again.
You can create New Offer from “Manage Promotions and Offers” tab. Click on create new offer tab and update the necessary fields by adding offer details, Images and Banners. After adding, the listing will shift to Cloud Bar team for approval.
Select the offer which is to be deleted and click on delete option to remove the offer.
Merchant can search Voucher ID from “Manage Promotions and Offers” option. Type the Voucher ID in and the Mobile Number and press Search tab.
Once the code is successfully redeemed, a confirmation screen will appear on the App with all customer details and item details which is to be served.
Manager will ask customer which product he wants to redeem and will mark the item and quantity on voucher. After this the product will be reduced from Customer Voucher.
Manager will mark the Item and serve to the customer. The voucher will be expired and not work again.
Report Analytics is a Tab which shows all your sales history and analytics.
This may be temporary, so I would suggest trying again in a later time. Just make sure you have a strong Internet Connection. If the issue persists, try Reinstalling the app. To Reinstall, just delete the app from your phone and download Cloudbar again. If you don't delete your account, it won’t Login.
