Discover stories about bars & brands, Cloud bar is your digital sommelier, tells you all about liquor, food and bars.

Anyone can use this Service. However, it requires OTP at the time of Login and you will automatically create a free Cloud Bar Account. Your previous orders will be captured in our system, and you will be able to retrieve your previous orders.

Your order page will have the booking and expiry date with the respective deals. Please go to the deals section and be on time for availing your awesome purchases.

CLOUD BAR PASS

To Redeem your Drinks, Select the voucher pass,which you want to Redeem and show your passport voucher to the bar manager/ waiter, and get your food & drinks served.

You can always check how many drinks you had and what’s your bar stock balance fromthe Cloud Bar app.

Sorry! Guests below legal age of drinking are not admissible on Cloud Bar. Drinks at the bars are served only to people above the Legal Drinking Age.

You can buy your Cloud Bar Pass anytime from the app. But you can not avail them on dry days. Serving alcohol on dry days is illegal and our partner bars and restaurants do not serve Drinks on dry days.

REGISTRATION

TCloud Bar needs location access to show the nearby Bars and their exclusive offers.

REDEMPTION

Just share the Voucher ID to the partnered Restaurant or show them the QR code.

Once the deal is availed the voucher expires, for availing the deal again, please buy a fresh voucher.

BUY NOW PAY LATER

You can simply select pay later option in Cloud Bar app payment option and your transaction will be processed. This feature is powered by Simpl payment gateway, you will pay total of yoursuch purchases to Simpl on fortnightly basis.visitwww.getsimpl.com to know more

Pay later feature is powered by Simpl payment gateway and currently we are allowing selected no. of customers to use pay later feature. You can visit www.getsimpl.comand activate pay later option by registering your mobile number. Soon you will be able to start using pay later option.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

Just Ensure that you have a strong Internet connection. If you are not connected to internet you won’t be able to see any Deals on App. Try restarting the app and it should work fine. If you still face any issues, please write to us at support@cloudbar.co and we will connect with you to sort it.

Our developers are working 24x7 to resolve issues, remove bugs and improve stability. Please update the app from Google Play store and try again, most likely your problem would be resolved with the updates. The deals are already Discounted and given on App.

After buying a Deal, a Voucher ID will be shown in the app. Just share that voucher id with the one you want to gift and that person can redeem that voucher with our partnered Bars.

Just click on “Buy Now and Pay Later” option on the app and pay once in 15 days for your purchases. For further queries you can write us at support@cloudbar.co

If you download the latest version of the app, you will never need to take voucher print-outs! Just buy & show your voucher at our partner outlets.

We have various filters of price, popularity, customer rating, discount and distance. Please feel free to play around with them to find a best suited deal for you. You can also search for what you’re looking for by using the Search tab.

Cloud Bar helps you find the best offers and deals on Drinks, Food combos can also be bought from the assorted deals tab as some of our bars give combo offers on food too.

No, the product prices are inclusive of all taxes.

Once the deal is confirmed it will show in your “My Deals”, you can avail it anytime before the deal expires.

Yes, the deals are for limited period of time. Please read the expiry date, all purchased deals have respected booking and expiry date.

The merchants will accept all the valid deals, If the Voucher is expired/already used it cannot be redeemed. For other issues you can contact Team Cloud Bar at support@cloudbar.co.

Yes, the cancellation process will be as per the policy.

From your purchase history, select the order which you want to cancel. Select “Problem with the order” section and select the option on which you need assistance and follow the instructions.

Refund will be processed within 5 working days.
